📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of HSE policies and procedures in the manufacturing facility.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with national and international regulations, including ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Develop and maintain HSE training programs for employees at all levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in workplace safety and environmental performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to production teams, addressing HSE-related issues and concerns.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE engineering, with a strong background in manufacturing or process industries.
• Certification in HSE management systems, such as ISO 45001 Lead Implementer or OHSAS 18001 Internal Auditor.
• Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and inspections, and developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures.
• Strong technical skills in using HSE software, such as SAP EHS, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
