📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inputting and verifying data into our company's database using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ensuring data accuracy and consistency by cross-checking and resolving discrepancies.
• Updating and maintaining our company's records, including customer information, inventory, and sales data.
• Generating reports and data summaries to support our team's decision-making processes.
• Assisting in data analysis and research to support our business operations.
• Collaborating with our team to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Providing excellent customer service by responding to data-related inquiries and resolving issues.
• Continuously improving data management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions and formulas.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with data management software such as Salesforce or SAP would be an advantage.
