As a Bazar Team Leader at Elita, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, training and motivating your team, and implementing strategies to boost sales. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that our products are well-promoted and that customer satisfaction is at its peak. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of bazar and popup stores in Jawa Timur and Jawa Tengah.
• Manage and train a team of sales associates to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective product promotion and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and secure working environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure that all stores meet operational and sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between stores.
