📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems using SAP and WMS
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations and best practices
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to manage receiving and shipping processes
• Monitor inventory levels and generate reports on stock movements and turnover
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate operations
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency
• Manage warehouse documentation and ensure accuracy of inventory records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role
• Proven experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools is a plus
• Certification in warehouse management or a related field is a plus
