📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Maintain and enhance employee engagement through regular feedback and recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to employee relations.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and improving employee satisfaction.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
