📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
- Monitor and report on cash flow and budget performance.
- Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Provide support in tax planning and compliance activities.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial analyses.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and labor laws.
- Certification in accounting or tax (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
