📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Manage accounts payable, including payment processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using SAP, QuickBooks, and other financial software.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proven experience with SAP, QuickBooks, or other financial software.
