📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Manage a team of sales associates and ensure they are trained and motivated to meet sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote our products.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer information.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.,Monitor store performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies.,Familiarity with inventory management and control.
