Agung Jaya Electronics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team in Bontang. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others learn and grow.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate training solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their development and growth.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with organizational goals.,Manage training budgets and resources to ensure that training programs are delivered efficiently and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.,Ability to travel to different locations within the company as needed.
