🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field,Proven track record of success in customer service and relationship management,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
