📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to company standards and customer preferences.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are stocked and fresh.,Train and supervise junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and maintain food cost records and reports.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen.,Experience in managing a team of cooks and kitchen staff.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
