📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and staff.,Ensure the smooth execution of events, from setup to cleanup.,Manage event budgets and ensure they are adhered to.,Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent service.,Supervise and train junior banquet staff.,Handle any issues or problems that arise during events.,Maintain a clean and well-presented event space.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
