Overseeing the daily operations of the sales team,Setting sales targets and goals,Monitoring and analyzing sales performance,Providing coaching and mentoring to sales team members,Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Reporting to management on sales performance and trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales supervision or a related role,Proven track record of success in sales and sales management,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with sales software and tools,Fluency in Indonesian and English
