📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Ensure that the restaurant's image and reputation are maintained at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Experience in marketing and customer relations is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
