LUMEN Nusantara is seeking a talented and dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality materials and services at competitive prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain procurement strategies to meet company needs.,Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships.,Monitor and control procurement spend to ensure value for money.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Manage the procurement process from request to delivery.,Conduct supplier evaluations and audits.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records.,Provide procurement support to other departments as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
