🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.,Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
