📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of mobile developers in the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications.,Ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust, and scalable mobile applications.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.,Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and industry trends.,Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and ceremonies.,Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on iOS or Android.,Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role.,Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android SDKs.,Experience with cloud services and APIs.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
