📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and values.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective execution of HR functions.,Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interviewing.,Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.,Collaborate with senior management to address HR-related challenges and opportunities.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, and implement relevant strategies within the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.
