📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability,Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders,Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards,Proven track record of managing financial operations and driving financial growth,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using financial software and tools,Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus
