📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff management and customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing effective sales tactics.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor branch finances and prepare regular reports for senior management.,Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Act as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your leadership and management skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of financial management and budgeting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
