PT Property Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store management with remote support. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our stores meet high standards of customer service and sales performance. You will also be responsible for inventory management, sales targets, and store maintenance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and support.,Monitor sales performance and work closely with the sales team to meet targets.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and store maintenance standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote support.🛠️ Keahlian
