📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Support and maintain our ERP systems, specifically focusing on Food & Beverage operations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.
- Assist in the implementation of new ERP modules and features.
- Provide technical support to users, resolving issues and answering queries.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and technologies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ERP systems, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of database management and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Certification in ERP systems is a plus.
