Accor Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Deputy Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow professionally.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of training programs.,Coordinate with trainers and employees to ensure effective delivery of training sessions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.,Support the Training Officer in organizing and conducting training workshops and seminars.,Assist in the development of training materials and resources.,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development Department.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
