📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws,Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes,Administer employee benefits and compensation packages,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Conduct performance appraisals and employee development programs,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures,Support the HR Manager in strategic HR planning and initiatives🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proven track record of successful HR projects and initiatives🛠️ Keahlian
