📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth running of the branch.,Managing and motivating a team of staff to achieve sales targets.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are adequate.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.,Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the regional manager.,Promoting the store and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
