QUARK Dinamis is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Supply Chain Staff to join our team in Deli Serdang. This role is crucial in supporting our supply chain operations and ensuring smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain processes and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Monitor and track orders to ensure they are processed accurately and efficiently.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies.,Support in the analysis of supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Assist in the coordination of logistics and transportation activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Provide support in the development and maintenance of supplier relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
