📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
  • Manage and train store staff to maintain high standards of service and productivity.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work with the corporate team to implement new initiatives and improvements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and operational goals.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve results.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
