📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the geotechnical engineering team.
• Conduct geotechnical investigations and laboratory testing to assess soil and rock properties.
• Develop and review geotechnical designs, including foundation systems, slope stability, and earthworks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and proposals for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to integrate geotechnical considerations into overall project design.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in geotechnical engineering and industry best practices.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Professional engineering license (PE) in Indonesia or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles, methods, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with geotechnical software, such as PLAXIS, AutoCAD, or other relevant tools.
• Ability to travel as required for site visits and project meetings.
