CIRCUIT Group is seeking a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team. As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. This is a remote position, offering flexible working hours and a competitive salary.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing.,Ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet project deadlines.,Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.,Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers.,Analyzing procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluency in English is a plus.
