📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment and facilities
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
• Manage and train junior maintenance staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and replacements
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a food service environment
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and maintenance procedures
• Proven ability to manage and train staff
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
