📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes,Preparing audit reports and recommendations for management,Identifying areas of risk and non-compliance,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance internal controls

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations,Proficiency in using audit software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus
