📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Stock and manage inventory, including fresh produce, pantry items, and other kitchen supplies.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations and restaurant standards.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen procedures and standards.,Assist in the preparation of special dishes and menu items as required.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Good knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects with ease.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and kitchen).
