📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Oversee employee performance management, including performance appraisals and development plans.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.,Manage employee benefits and compensation, including salary administration and benefits administration.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and conduct regular safety audits.,Provide HR support to managers and employees, and act as a liaison between the organization and employees.,Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR management software and systems.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of managing HR functions effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
