📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management to minimize losses and maximize profitability.
  • Train and develop the sales team to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Promote and participate in company events and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
