📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize delivery routes using Google Maps API and proprietary logistics software.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor delivery performance and provide regular reports to the logistics team.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the IT department to improve and update our delivery management system.
• Assist in the implementation of new delivery technologies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or a related field.
• Proven experience in using Google Maps API and other logistics software.
• Strong knowledge of delivery operations and route optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
